Some plates have one piece of sushi but some plates have two pieces or more. Depends on which type of sushi.
Tea and hot water is self service. All the utensils needed will be all on your table. It is convenient when you wan to refill your tea too. There will be a tap on each table.
Scallop with oyster sauce. This is my favorite.

My average is 8-10 plates per visit. Green Tea are free flow and will not be charged for multiple tea bag but take as you needed only.
