Make Char Siu using Air Fryer in Easy Steps

 Pork Shoulder

Get around 300g pork shoulder. Don’t choose too thick or too skinny. Too thick, it will take longer to cook and it will burn the outside before it cooked. It is better with some fats.

To have a better taste in and out, it is advisable to marinate overnight.
- Char Siu sauce
- 2 teaspoons of light soy sauce

Put inside Air fryer and burn 🔥 at 180degree for 20 minutes, then turn it.
Burn 🔥 another 20mins again and yes it done! 

Slices into pieces and it is ready to serve.
