Bayleaf Kitchen Authentic Banana Leaf Rice @ Setia Alam Klang

Bayleaf Kitchen's served nice banana leaf rice. The ingredients and spices were generous. 

Bayleaf kitchen is located at the central of Setia Alam. It is a busy street there and finding parking could be a little challenge. If you visit Bayleaf kitchen at meal period, you may face some waiting time.

Bayleaf Kitchen is suitable for vegetarian and non-vegetarian too!

First, a big piece of banana leaf will be served. You can see is slightly wet to show they have just washed and you can feel the fresh of the green leaf. The smell from the banana leaf is just appetising.

Then they will start serve rice (you can name them your portion you want). 

Then follow up side dishes  one by one. 

Next, curry on the rice which has 3 types which poured to your rice in sequence. 

Next my Papadam

and lastly my meat which is mutton.

It is really a big portion!

Vegetarian fried rice. I asked if is spicy as it is for kids, they told me no spicy but when served it contains a lot of pepper.

Nasi lemak. When shop localise in Malaysia, they will never miss Nasi Lemak as it is everyone all time favourite. The rice is the smell of the Pandan and Santan (coconut). Chilli is sweet spicy. Overall, it is comparable with mamak.

This is the shop specially too, it is the tea with fresh cow milk. It does not will like concentrated milk that you feel thirsty type but is those very light tea and milk. It is not watery type.

In short, it is just like refreshing milk tea.

Bayleaf Kitchen is just one normal shop lot. It could be crowded if you have big group. They have rolling business, tables are mostly occupied.
