This is for the portion of 3 pax. This reminiscences me of the traditional steamboat  last 10-20 years ago. The taste, the ingredients and the soup are really exactly these taste. Soup are crystal refreshing with all the fresh ingredients.

They have different of sauces at self service. I think this really impress me on a traditional shop. I totally believe in their management and upgrading skill.
