Hing Kee stands out as the ultimate late-night dining spot I've experienced in Hong Kong. Indulgent? Absolutely. But undeniably delicious!

Can you believe it? They've got a whopping five shop lots, and each one is packed to the brim! Amazing, right?Entering one of the shops, I found it bustling inside, yet surprisingly, I secured a seat right away. With minimal wait time, we placed our order, and before we knew it, the food arrived promptly.

The ambiance truly resembles a Tai Pai Tong, offering an authentic experience of local dining. You can genuinely feel the local vibe while enjoying your meal there.

The Fried Intestine here is superb, something not commonly found in Malaysia or Singapore. What's impressive is its lack of heavy smell, which adds to its appeal and makes it a standout dish.

The Fried Oyster here is incredibly crispy, loaded with plenty of oysters. Its aroma is delightful, and surprisingly, it's not overly oily. Unlike the usual pan-fried style in Singapore or Malaysia, this one is deep-fried, giving it a unique twist.

Claypot rice is renowned in Hong Kong, and Hing Kee offers a delightful, aromatic version. Their specialty involves serving claypot rice with stingray, a popular dish among patrons. The fish is tender and boasts fewer bones, adding to its appeal.

The prices are quite reasonable considering the mouthwatering flavors of the dishes. They're so delicious you'll be mesmerized! I'll absolutely make a return visit on my next trip!
