Chilli crab - Scotland crab $68 per kg
This scotland crab has a hairy and heavy shell. It weight about 1.2kg per crab. No worry, it won't be as big as a Sri Lanka crab. Well cook, not so spicy and it always come with abundant of sauce. This is because you dip your bread for another dishes. Scotland Crab is more hairy yet sri lanka crab is more meaty.

With tofu, prawn,cooked like shark fin base. Kids will always love this!I love this dish, simple and nice. Can be as a soup too.


This is like appetizer.

Yun choi - spinach with three types of eggs which is common in zhi char stalls. The base soup is tasty and the portion of this vegetable is big. You can definitely see the 3 types of egg on this plate.

For these 5 dishes, it cost about $200. The price is higher as the quality and quantity is there. Afterall, i would say is worth.
